~Keys / Locks~
The right key can unlock the door to a lover’s heart, a new and bright opportunity, a once in a lifetime adventure, a chest of treasure, a deep and dark secret, or even change time itself by the winding of an old grandfather clock…
Historically, Companies like PF Corbin (known for their beautifully engraved “Carded keys”) or the Tower company (1865 founder John Tower) who was responsible for the first metal handcuff, can serve as a reminder that there is beauty in having the key to free ourselves…but taking the first step through the door is entirely up to you…one key, one lock…but what’s on the other side of the door is infinite possibility.
This vibrant green gift from the Earth is known as a stone for prosperity and happiness. Heavily associated with the sun, peridot energizes us, promotes a sense of light-heartedness and encourages us to just feel good inside. Like many green colored stones, peridot is a powerful tool in attracting wealth and prosperity. Interestingly, this stone was ancient Egyptian queen Cleopatra’s favorite stone to wear due to its beauty and ability to ward off evil spirits.
Pink coral has been used and seen as a powerful tool for attracting success for centuries. Archeologists have found pink coral in ancient ruins with the idea that this special specimen would guide one towards wealth, away from illness, and purify any negative energies around it.
The diamond-shape quadrilateral has parallel sides of all equal length, telling us that no matter what length, position, or form, it's opposite side will always mimic the same. Our takeaway from this is the concept that everything you project out in the world will be the exact same energy that you receive back. What you give, you take... Reminding us to always choose kindness, love, and understanding, if that is so what we wish to receive.
After each artifact or specimen has been discovered it is sent through a careful restoration process before being used in a design. If a particularly unique patina is found to add design value to an artifact, it's preserved & sealed to ensure its longevity & protection.
