This 1888 Design is a:

One of a Kind

Reimagined Components: The green patina on this 10 pesos 1982 coin was too gorgeous not to use in this bracelet design. We sealed the patina, paired it with a 1903 Indian Head cent, and used stainless steel hardware and real leather to finish off this 7.25" bracelet.

Components Found in: Cottonwood AZ

 ~Diez Pesos 1982 Mexican World Coin~

The obverse side of the 10 Peso Mexican coin features the National Arms of Mexico symbol, which is an eagle on a cactus facing left with a snake in its beak above a wreath. The inscription forms a semicircle above it. On the reverse side is a portrait of Miguel Hidalgo Costilla facing left. Miguel Hidalgo Costilla 1753 to 1811 was a Roman Catholic priest and leader of the Mexican revolution and is often referred to as the father of Mexican Independence.

~Indian Head Cent~

Most don’t realize that the image on this incredible coin was modeled after the Greco-Roman Statue of the Goddess Venus Accroupie, adorned in a Native American headdress of eagle feathers. Things are not always what they seem, a second look or deeper study can often reveal an unexpected truth & a deeper understanding.

After each artifact or specimen has been discovered it is sent through a careful restoration process before being used in a design. If a particularly unique patina is found to add design value to an artifact, it's preserved & sealed to ensure its longevity & protection.
