We love that each car wash had its own unique token. A little keepsake that someone could take pride in. I wish we could go back to a time when things were just made cool for cool’s sake. People would pay cash for these little treasures and trade them in for a period of time where the water would flow, the soap would bubble, and you'd come out feeling fly as hell.
After each artifact or specimen has been discovered it is sent through a careful restoration process before being used in a design. If a particularly unique patina is found to add design value to an artifact, it's preserved & sealed to ensure its longevity & protection.
